We are providing two different formats of the 911 call that was made.
911 call in mp3 format ---3.5 M

911 call in WMA format --- 1.3 M
If you are using the Mozilla Firefox browser, a know issue opening 
certain formats exists.  You can right click and 'Save As' to your desktop 
and then play the audio WMA format.
