Composite  Narrative:
by the Free Ryan Ferguson Committee

During the trial, Jerry Trump stated (on page 1005 trial transcript), that he received a copy of the Columbian Tribune from the day Ryan and Chuck were arrested.

Jerry Trump was serving a prison term for five SEPERATE counts of child endangerment ( sexual misconduct) when he received the pictures and article.

Trump testified during the trial that as soon as he saw the photos (2 1/2 years after the murder), he recognized them as the two boys who he had seen standing behind the victim's car that early November 1st morning.

One of the things we find NOT believable is that Trump said when he received the article and pictures at the time of the boys arrest in March, he recognized them as the two that he'd seen standing behind the car at the time of the murder.

This seems unbelievable considering what Detective Liebart writes in police report #10 about how Trump "could not provide a detailed description of either of the individuals".

He saw this article in March of 2004.  Yet he didn't tell anyone until December 2004! This is 9 months later!  He only mentioned this to the prosecutor in passing while talking to him in December.  This is as per the trial transcript.

There is something not right about this account of the story.

Why would Trump, who was in prison, sit on this revelation for 9 months and not contact anyone? Did Trump not think this sort of information might help work a deal with the prosecutor/authorities?

He would have known from reading the newspaper article that the police had no evidence or witnesses?

Jerry Trump had to realize that his revelation would be welcomed by the prosecution.

Trump knew the victim, spoke to the victim the night of the murder and has a personal connection to the crime and the victim.  Yet he still remains silent for 9 months!  This is very difficult to believe.

Jerry Trump's testimony seems devoid of any credibility.

We do believe Shawna Ornt's story and feel the composite best represents the person standing at the rear of the victim's car.

There is a very good chance that the person in the composite was not the murderer but one of two witnesses who happened upon the body after the crime had been committed.

This is why it is very important that we make contact or find information leading to the identification of this individual.
