Crime Scene:
by the Free Ryan Ferguson Committee

Let's examine each of these allegedly known facts.

First, Dallas Mallory provided sworn testimony during Ryan's 2008 Hearing that he did not see Charles or Ryan downtown that night. Dallas did not have a driver's license. He did not own a car and was not in a car with two girls that night.

Dallas could not have been stopped at a red light at this intersection because in a sworn affidavit from the Missouri Department of Transportation it states that the lights at this intersection cycle each day until 1:00am, at which time the Providence traffic lights switch from cycling to flashing yellow. Who would stop at a flashing yellow light at 2:30 in the morning? The two girls who where allegedly with Dallas have never been found or named. (part of the dream?) Nor have the police ever accounted for the car Dallas was allegedly driving that night.

Charles was able to tell police that Dallas had been wearing a police uniform while driving the car. Dallas admitted he was wearing a police uniform that night. So how would Charles know Dallas was wearing a police uniform? A photo was found showing Charles and Dallas together at a party just five hours prior to the crime. In this photograph one can see Charles sitting on a chair with Dallas standing behind him in full police uniform, including the police hat. (photograph)

What Dallas told police during his interrogation was that Charles must have seen him, but he never saw Charles. Still Dallas was at a loss as to how Charles could have seen him and was able to know what he was wearing as he had not been driving a car and was not with two girls that night.
Now we know Charles saw Dallas in his police costume at a party about 5 hours before the murder. Police did not realize this until several months later when the photograph surfaced. Dallas never was at the intersection as Charles claims.

Dallas Mallory's testimony during Ryan's 2008 Hearing

Just after the boys arrest, Detective Nichols impounded Ryan's car to see what evidence they could find to connect Ryan and Charles to the crime.

First, luminol testing was done on the car for signs of blood. No blood was found. No evidence was found in the car that would connect Ryan to the crime. Remember police reported to the media that this was one of the bloodiest murder cases they had experienced. It would be impossible for the perpetrators not to have blood on their person.

Detective Nichols did find a tire tool in Ryan's trunk. This tire tool was the original equipment that came with the car. (photograph)

The Columbia Police first sent the tire tool to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Lab to determine if it was connected to the crime scene. The Patrol report said there was no connection.

Next, the CPD sent the tire tool to the FBI Lab in Langley, Va. Again, the answer was that there was no connection between the recovered tire tool found in Ryan's car and the crime scene.
