Kim Bennett has come forward to support Ryan's story saying that the bar closed a 1:30am, and even more importantly, recalls that she and her sister watch Charles and Ryan walk past them to Ryan's car and depart just like Ryan testified.
Kim Bennett was questioned by the Columbia Police after Ryan's arrest. She told them the same story that is in her affidavit but no report was provided to Ryan's Defense Team. This is yet another example of the police and or prosecutor hiding evidence that would be helpful to Ryan's case.
This should be considered exculpatory evidence and a Brady Violation on the part of Prosecutor Crane.

In our efforts to get our petition granted and a hearing to present all our new evidence, we have hit yet another road block. The Attorney General has now asked for a delay until May 2, 2011 because of the volume of information to consider.
Actually, we have come to expect these ongoing delays, as this has been the state's legal system's tactic all through this process; even though an INNOCENT young man continues to spend another hour, day, month of his life locked up.
There are no witnesses remaining to testify against Ryan.

We have been informed that a certain black four door Dodge car from the Missouri Government, driven by Gregory Martin from the Attorney General's office, with a female passenger and lead investigator from the Boone County Prosecutor's office, Ben White, have been trying to talk with people that were on the fringe of this case.
We expect to see a snitch manufactured. Someone with criminal charges pending or someone who has been in jail before or is suspected in other possible crimes.
An example of this tactic used in the past would be someone like Jerry Trump, someone the state can lean on. We will not be shocked at a surprise witness in the near future.
So what are we left to believe? That Prosecutor Crane is the only one telling the truth and everyone else lied?
