Compare what Chuck Erickson said in his arrest video March 10 2004 to what he said in his proffer October 1, 2004.

In October after receiving the discovery from the prosecutor he now knows details of the murder.

During the 6 month period between his arrest and the proffer Erickson is given false and misleading police reports which drive the Erickson's to plea.

Erickson adds a lot of emotion to his story as he is trying to get Ryan convicted, he is trying to be come more value to the prosecutor just like he was coached to do in a phone call to his family before he was pressured into the plea.

At one point Erickson's father said if he did not cooperate with the prosecutor he would take away the private attorney.

Erickson was being driven to plea.

Why else would his story change so much from the arrest to his proffer?
